Ok, so you’re probably wondering what I mean from that title. To be honest, I don’t even know what I mean… Hahaha.

What I mean is that it’s never good to allow necessity to dictate to you how much work you put into making a campaign profitable. So often what happens is people focus on a campaign, make a respectable amount of profit and let the campaign run, run, run. Then as what often happens in affiliate marketing: profitability declines, advertisers add more scrub, etc, etc, etc.

So after profit margins begin to diminish, we begin to work on the campaign, optimize, and struggle with it until things get back to a comfortable level. Necessity necessitating profitability… I still don’t know if that makes sense.

Instead why not work on optimizing now and enjoy the extra profitability during the easy times?

It’s very easy to work less during the times when money is consistently rolling in but it’s actually during those times that we should be focusing on optimizing because we can stand the testing money.

So get to optimizing if you’re having a good month, week, etc!
